Issues placing an order

• All orders must be placed through the online store. If you need assistance placing your order please contact our Customer Service line 877-TRETORN (873-8676) 7 days a week between 7:00 AM and Midnight Eastern Time.

Payment — Credit Cards

• We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover for purchases.

• When entering your credit card information, please ensure that your billing name is exactly as it appears on your card (for example, including a period after your middle initial, if applicable). For our customers' protection, transactions cannot be processed if billing information is not 100% accurate.

• Your card is charged only after your order ships successfully.

Duties and Taxes

• All prices, duties, taxes, and other fees are quoted in US dollars.

• We charge duties, taxes, and other fees according to international custom guidelines.

• You will receive a price quote for shipping fees including duties and taxes and other fees during checkout. The price quote for duties, taxes and other fees is based upon the national laws of the country to which the order is shipping. All shipping fees, duties and taxes, and brokerage fees will be paid at the time you place your order.

• By ordering goods from the Tretorn Online Shop, you hereby authorize a licensed customs broker chosen by PUMA to act as your agent and transact business with your local customs office to clear your merchandise and account for duties, taxes, and other fees.

• If you are returning a purchase you may be eligible for a refund of a portion or all of the duty and taxes. Contact your local customs office for a return of duties and taxes.

Shipping

• We will display the most appropriate shipping methods for your locale at time of checkout. The cost of each method as well as the estimated delivery timeframe will be shown next to each selection.

• In the event that you refuse delivery of the shipment, you will be responsible for payment of all return duties and taxes. In this case, return shipping charges will be billed to your original method of payment. Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments or refused shipments

• After an order is successfully placed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation shortly thereafter (usually within an hour).

• You will also receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

• We recommend using an insured and traceable delivery method

• Tretorn does not refund tax, duty costs and/or other fees for online orders delivered to international addresses. International consumers will only be refunded for the amount charged for the merchandise.

• Returns sent from international addresses take up to five weeks or more to process after the package is mailed. The credit to your account should appear within one to two billing statements. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• We do not perform exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or style, please place a new order online at store.tretorn.com and return your current order.

• Tretorn is not responsible for any returns lost in transit.
